Recevo uses Stripe’s secure billing portal for payment-method updates and invoice history. Use the same email address that appears on your Recevo agreement and invoices.
Subscription changes
Plan changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are handled according to your signed Recevo service agreement. Contact Recevo instead of changing those items in Stripe.
