Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
These terms govern use of the Recevo website and communications made while evaluating Recevo. Paid services require a signed service agreement or order form, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Website and business information
The website describes Recevo’s standard Starter offer. A signed order form must confirm whether that standard offer or a custom quote applies and will control the final features, price, availability, implementation timing, integrations, included usage, support, and service scope.
Business use
Recevo is offered for legitimate business purposes. A person acting for an organization confirms that they are authorized to communicate and provide information on its behalf.
AI service and human review
Recevo uses artificial intelligence and third-party communications services. AI output, speech recognition, classification, translation, booking, notifications, and transfers can be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Clients must maintain appropriate human review, escalation, and fallback processes.
Disclosure and recording
A Recevo receptionist must not pretend to be human. A client is responsible for approving an appropriate AI, recording, and privacy notice for its callers and for providing an alternative contact path where appropriate. Recording or transcription must not be enabled for an unapproved purpose.
No emergency or professional service
Recevo is not an emergency service and must not be relied on to contact emergency responders. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice. High-risk or regulated workflows require separate review and may be declined.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or Recevo services to break the law, deceive or harass people, impersonate a person, place prohibited automated calls, collect unnecessary sensitive information, transmit malicious content, evade consent requirements, compromise systems, or infringe another person’s rights. Additional restrictions may appear in a client service agreement.
Client-supplied information
Clients and prospects are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawfulness of information, scripts, phone numbers, calendar access, transfer destinations, policies, and instructions they provide. Recevo may rely on approved client information when configuring a workflow.
Third-party services
Recevo depends on providers such as Retell AI, Twilio, n8n, Cal.com, Stripe, Vercel, and other client-approved tools. Their availability, changes, security, and terms are partly outside Recevo’s control. A paid service agreement should allocate third-party costs, responsibilities, and failure risks.
Intellectual property
Recevo owns its branding, website, general methods, reusable configurations, templates, and original materials, subject to client rights stated in a signed agreement. Clients retain their business information, client data, and materials they lawfully provide.
No guaranteed outcome
Recevo does not guarantee revenue, savings, lead conversion, uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription or translation, perfect answers, successful booking or transfer, legal compliance, or replacement of professional judgment or staff oversight.
Limitation for website use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided without warranties and Recevo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this website. Limitations for paid services must be stated in the signed service agreement and reviewed by counsel.
Governing rules
These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in Québec and Canada. The appropriate governing-law, venue, consumer-protection, and language provisions for paid services must be confirmed by a Québec lawyer before use.
English and French versions
The English and French versions are intended to communicate the same meaning. If wording differs, Recevo should correct the inconsistency rather than rely on an unreviewed language-precedence clause.

These website terms do not replace a signed client service agreement. They are a business draft and should be reviewed by a Québec lawyer before launch.
