Answer in English and French
Welcome callers in either language and follow the same approved business rules across both conversations.
Managed English & French AI receptionists across Canada
Recevo gives service businesses across Canada—including Québec—a managed bilingual AI receptionist that answers calls, captures qualified leads, books appointments, sends clear notifications, and follows your rules for human transfers.
Built around your operation
Recevo is configured around what callers need and what your team needs to know next. Each capability is selected, approved, and tested before launch.
Welcome callers in either language and follow the same approved business rules across both conversations.
Ask business-specific questions, confirm contact details, and organize the information your team needs.

Use a business-specific knowledge base for services, hours, locations, policies, and common questions.
How onboarding works
We start with a focused workflow, test it with your team, and keep a clear path to a person whenever the receptionist should not act alone.
We document common calls, caller questions, lead details, booking rules, and situations that require a person.
We configure the English and French experience, approved knowledge, questions, disclosures, and escalation rules.
We connect the phone flow, one or more approved calendars, and agreed email or SMS notifications.
We test normal calls, edge cases, bookings, transfers, alerts, failure paths, and both languages before launch.
After approval, we monitor agreed outcomes and make scoped adjustments as the real call pattern becomes clearer.
A practical first step
In a 30-minute consultation, we’ll review your current call process, identify the highest-value first workflow, and explain what needs to be configured and tested.

Where Recevo fits
Fit depends on call value, volume, workflow, risk, and integrations. Healthcare, regulated, emergency, and other specialized uses require additional review and may not be accepted.

The receptionist can ask for clarification, avoid guessing, collect a message, attempt an approved transfer, or flag the call for human review. It should never claim an action succeeded when it did not.
Timing depends on the call flow, languages, knowledge base, calendar, phone configuration, integrations, testing, and client approvals. You receive an implementation scope and target timeline before onboarding begins.
Recevo provides support by email for questions, incidents, and approved adjustments. Support hours, response expectations, and any urgent contact path are confirmed in the written service agreement.
Recevo is configured to collect only the information needed for the approved workflow. Limited retention, access controls, sensitive-information redaction, recording settings, and service-provider use are documented during onboarding.
Cancellation, notice, final billing, number transfer, and data return or deletion are governed by the signed service agreement. Those terms are presented before you subscribe or pay a setup fee.
The 500 included minutes are connected time while the AI receptionist is active. Usage is tracked to the nearest second and totalled over the monthly billing cycle. Failed or unconnected calls do not count. When a call is transferred, AI-minute usage stops once the transfer completes.
