Information we receive

Recevo may receive information you choose to provide by email, during a discovery call, through a booking page, or while evaluating or using our services. This can include contact details, business information, call-flow requirements, appointment details, and messages you send us.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, evaluate fit, prepare proposals, configure and support approved services, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Recevo relies on service providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, automation, email, and related business operations. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide those functions or meet legal obligations. Client-specific providers and data handling are addressed during onboarding where applicable.

Calls and recordings

Some Recevo implementations may process call audio, transcripts, summaries, or extracted call information. Recording, disclosure, retention, access, and consent requirements vary by jurisdiction and client use case and must be configured before launch.

Retention and security

We aim to retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, security, and applicable law. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to authorized purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Recevo, subject to legal and contractual limits. You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications.
