A useful first workflow
Start with unanswered or after-hours inquiries. Collect the caller’s name, callback number, service location, job description and preferred timing. Your team receives a clear summary and decides the next step.
For contractors, cleaning and property services
A renovation inquiry may need the project type, location and target start date. A cleaning inquiry may need the property type, approximate size and preferred schedule. We agree on the questions with you before launch.
Bookings and transfers follow your rules
Appointments depend on your supported calendar, service area and scheduling rules. Transfers go only to approved contacts. If a booking or transfer fails, the receptionist should explain that it has not completed and collect a callback request.
When Recevo is a good fit
Consider Recevo when valuable inquiries regularly go unanswered, repeated intake interrupts your work, or customers need English and French support. Call value, missed-call frequency and your ability to follow up matter more than total call volume alone.
When voicemail may be enough
If calls are infrequent and you return them reliably without losing opportunities, a managed receptionist may not justify its monthly cost. We discuss that during discovery.
